Research Insights
In a double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled study by Chinese researchers and funded by BYHEALTH Co Ltd, 60 middle-aged participants with elevated cholesterol but no recent cholesterol-lowering treatment were observed. The trial revealed significant benefits of WSTC in reducing both systolic (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP). Notably, the treatment group showed a 4.2% reduction in SBP and a 3.8% reduction in DBP after a 45-day intervention, while the placebo group exhibited no meaningful changes.
