BYHEALTH Focuses on Women's Health with New Product Innovations in China

Chinese dietary supplement giant BYHEALTH is intensifying its efforts to develop products tailored to the needs of female consumers, who make up 70% of vitamin and dietary supplement (VDS) users in the country. Focusing on key areas such as ingestible beauty, probiotics, and weight management, BYHEALTH is leveraging data to cater to a growing market, particularly among women aged 21 to 40 in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Rising health concerns from fast-paced urban lifestyles have driven increased sales of supplements in these areas.

At the Growth Asia Summit 2024, BYHEALTH highlighted its research into popular ingredients like probiotics, soy isoflavones, and collagen, aiming to support women's health in areas such as gut health, anti-aging, and liver function. A notable innovation is the Women’s Care & Liver Cleanse, a supplement designed to improve liver and skin health by addressing disruptions in circadian rhythms, which can lead to issues such as skin pigmentation and hormonal imbalances.

The supplement’s efficacy was demonstrated in cellular experiments showing significant improvements in liver function and antioxidant capacity. Results included a 43.6% reduction in oxidative damage and a 42.7% decrease in alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, indicating enhanced liver health. With increasing demand for products targeting women’s health, BYHEALTH continues to develop innovative solutions backed by cutting-edge research and premium ingredients.
