The lab integrates art and science, combining culinary creativity with advanced bakery technologies to develop fusion snacks like rendang croissants and pandan financiers, tailored to local tastes. As Gen Z and Gen Alpha drive future demand, with a strong focus on health and convenience, Mondelez aims to stay ahead by innovating baked goods that resonate with these emerging consumer trends.
